For the second year in a row, the renewed Latvian Championship in the 24-hour race will take place in Roja on May 30th and 31st. The Roja Ultramarathon Festival was revived after more than a 20-year hiatus, and its organizer, Artis Zariņš, is committed to continuing this event in 2025 as well. At the festival, participants will be able to enjoy mutual encouragement and support, as well as the fun of being together before and after the race. In 2024, the championship was awarded the International Association of Ultrarunners Bronze Label (IAU Bronze Label), which also applies to 2025.
