The "Around Cēsis" run is an annual event that offers participants the opportunity to compete in 5 km and 10 km distances. The competition takes place in the beautiful city of Cēsis, providing both adults and children the chance to run through the castle park and the surrounding nature. This year, in the 10 km distance, multiple-time Latvian champion Uģis Jocis won with a new course record, while the first woman to finish was Ukrainian Veronika Kalašņikova.
